Salt & Lime is the culmination of a 10 year old boy’s dream. Ever since he can remember, Chef Zach Ficke loved to cook! His passion for cooking stemmed from assisting in cooking family dinners each night, until soon thereafter, his parents realized they could relax and upgraded him to sole dinner cook, preparing multiple course meals for family and friends!

Excellent taco spot in Costa Mesa. The atmosphere is great and they have delicious food. The poke nachos were a stand out item and I especially loved the ribeye taco. Worth checking out!
Once you go Blue Corn you won't go back. Chips, amazing... tacos, amazing. I recommend the chicken strip taco for sure with chips and salsa. I will be back to try the offerings but for now that's all I got. Highly recommended
What a great find. Food was excellent and creative. I had the eggplant taco. Delicious. And my husband had the salmon taco the ribeye taco and the short rib taco. Excellent service and fun decor My mother said it was the best margarita she has ever had. We will definitely come back.
Wow!!! Some of the best tasting tacos in the city, and that's a difficult task to accomplish in this area!! Excellent margarita flavors too!! My girlfriend's new favorite tacos! We had the pork belly, halibut, and ribeye; all were amazing and SO flavorful! Can't wait to go back.
Scheduled a Business meeting and I was greeted immediately and recommended tacos since it was my first visit. I went with the Halibut and Ribeye tacos on in-house made soft shells. Also ordered salsa and Guacamole all the food and service was great.
